We are also proud to announce that in this state of crisis we are able to provide our employees a secure in-house transportation service. We have gone to great lengths to protect our employees, even so far as to have a full-time medical team on standby in the call center.During the outbreak crisis will be preparing meals for our employees and delivering it directly to their cubicles so to avoid further exposure outside the office and with other employees. At every point, our call center is and will continue to be in adherence with government regulations.

We are a Call Center located in Guatemala that is dedicated to providing complex contact solutions. We have a broad range of capabilities but we are specialized Work Visa processing. Working in this complex and dynamic space requires that we apply continuous improvement practices to our process to ensure that workers are processed legally, and rapidly – a critical component to maintaining the high standards of quality worker processing, successful placement, and customer services that our customers have come to expect.Our customers can access the LLS worker processing system from the comfort and safety of their U.S. Offices in order to communicate with LLS agents, Customer Service, and to manage and monitor their worker requests every step of the way. We maintain a dynamic database of literally thousands of workers categorized by age, education, experience, occupation and visa status. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide employers with the workers they need in a timely manner.
